The Brickhouse Café is devoted to being an all "green" restaurant, with over 80% of our waste (what few scraps are left) devoted to compost. We provide all bio-degradable "to go" products (containers, cups, lids, utensils, etc.) produced from sugar cane and cornstarch. As for our meat and produce, we use all natural, locally sustainable product whenever possible.

While we encourage the use of our filtered tap water, we also provide "Green Planet" bottled water for those on the run.  It is made with local, chemcial free water, which has been cleansed of impurities and packaged in a biodgradeable bottle.

 The Brickhouse Cafe has been awarded a "Green Leaf" award by Greenopia, an all-green guide for those seeking eco-friendly businesses.
